Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience as Support Engineer Tier 2,3 (can be Military experience).
  • Experience working with databases that deploy SQL.
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas to business stakeholders and technical users.
  • Very good English language skills – spoken and written (including technical writing).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for fast-paced problem-solving.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours.

 

A Big Plus:

  • Experience developing scripts.
  • Experience with Audio/Video security systems.
  • Experience with Cloud services (Preferably AWS).
