The CALL BACK feature allows you to connect to a remote location
and have the unit call you back immediately; reversing any toll
charges incurred as a result of the connection.
After
you have logged on to a location you can left click the
CALL BACK tool
on the tool bar.
Clicking
on this button will open a window with the stored CALL BACK
numbers that you defined when you configured the location
into the unit. Select a number and left click the CALL BACK
button in the window. The unit will disconnect from you.
Then dial back to you and reestablish the video connection.

The
Call Back function allows administrators to call in from distant
remote locations without incurring direct charges for the connection
if
the unit is accessed via a toll free number (800,888, etc.)
this feature takes on even more capability for remote surveillance
of multiple facilities
