COPS Monitoring has added OzVision technology to its central station services, which will allow e-mail notification of alarm events for end users. 
 
OzVision has already created quite a stir in the industry by winning the New Product Showcase (NPS) award in the monitoring category at the recent ISC West. OzMail, their unique remote video e-Mail services opens up countless new recurring monthly revenue opportunities for dealers including video opening and closing reports, transaction cancellations, scheduled check-ins or more personal applications such as watching children at a Day Care Center or seeing them coming home from school.

OzMail works just like standard e-mail. Users simply double-click and a video window pops up on screen. The average video clip, which can consist of both pre and post alarm activity, is only a 200K attachment. It can even be sent to a PDA. 
 
The OzLine units, available exclusively at ADI, come with 4 or 12 video inputs and can be connected to an existing alarm system to control external devices including lights, doors and sounders as well as pan/tilt/zoom functions.
