The OzLine-TOP 12CS, a cost-effective digital video dialer, is a professional remote video system that delivers high-quality video services over standard telephone lines as well as mobile phones, satellite or the Internet.

While the TOP has many of the same features as OzVision's four video input unit, the OzLine-4CS, the TOP comes with 12 video inputs and includes additional security functions such as the ability to control external devices such as cameras lights, doors and sirens, a built-in backup power supply, an internal tamper switch, site identification and time stamp, and a self-test on all major functions and ports. It also has automatic communication back up with a cellular alternative to line communication.
