OzVision’s management team consists of:

Avraam (Avi) Fried – President & Chairman
Mr. Fried is a 26 years executive veteran in high-tech activities.
He served as executive and board positions in many high-tech companies. Mr. Fried is an active entrepreneur and investor in startup companies.

Avi Lupo – President of the security division
Avi Lupo has more than 20 years of experience in the security industry and was instrumental in establishing the company as a leading developer of advanced video solutions for the security monitoring market.
Prior to founding OzVision, Lupo was CEO of Scan Group International, a group of three electronic security and monitoring stations in Israel. He was also CEO of Israel-based Vegal Industries.

Erez Freibach – Chief Finance and Operation Officer
Mr. Friebach joined OzVision in 2004 as CFO and VP of operation. During 2007 Mr. Freibach was the acting CEO of OzVision until Mr. Fried joined the company. Previous experience of Mr. Friebach includes CFO and VP Finance in Atrica, VP Operations in Atrica, Finance manager at 3Com, and budget and control manager at Indigo (HP).

Yaakov Karsenty – VP Engineering
Mr. Karsenty is an engineering executive with 20 years experience in the communication, Surveillance, VoIP, Video processing, and cellular domains. He has managed small and large development teams both in startup and in large companies. Previous VP ENG role includes in Buzz V.C., Mate, VCON and Telrad.

Shahar Belkin – Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Blekin had led OzVision’s engineering team in the last 14 years in developments of technology, algorithms and products in the remote security and video field. Mr. Belikn is an expert with international patents in the areas of video analytics; algorithms and techniques, and ensuring privacy of residential remotely secured premises. Mr. Belkin founded OzVision LTD, Establishing the brand as a leading supplier of remote video services solutions in the US service providers market. Mr. Belkin developed the first PC based digital video recorders (DVR) in 1995, and provided a live video over RF army radio streamer based on a revolutionary algorithm to the IDF intelligence in 1997. Mr. Belkin is a member of international digital video and security standards comities.
